About Precision Metabolic Medicine
Redefining health through science, systems thinking, and precision care.
Precision Metabolic Medicine is a systems-based approach to health that integrates clinical science, data-driven insights, and personalized interventions.

Transforming Metabolic Health
We combine clinical science, data-driven intelligence, and personalized care to create a smarter, more effective approach to improving metabolism and preventing chronic disease.
Designed for Real Results
From energy optimization to long-term healthspan extension, our programs are built to deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes—not short-term fixes.
Advancing Preventive Health
An integrated framework combining clinical science, AI-driven analytics, and precision-guided interventions to optimize metabolic function and reduce disease risk. By targeting underlying metabolic dysfunction, we provide a structured pathway to improve long-term health outcomes and extend healthspan.
Our Mission
Our mission is to transform the way metabolic health is understood and managed—moving beyond symptoms to address root causes, optimize performance, and extend long-term healthspan. To empower individuals with science-based strategies that improve metabolic health, prevent chronic disease, and enhance quality of life.
We believe that personalized, data-guided care is the future of medicine.
Why UsUpton Exists
Modern health information is everywhere, but true structure is rare.
UsUpton exists to bring order to complexity — to transform scattered medical ideas into coherent systems, clear pathways, and enduring knowledge.
This is not just a website. It is the beginning of a long-term platform for medical clarity, preventive intelligence, and health-centered human development.
Meet the Founder: The Vision Behind UsUpton
UsUpton was created to bring clarity to modern preventive medicine.
The platform integrates systems medicine, metabolic health, and long-term resilience into a unified framework designed for the future of healthcare.
UsUpton represents a long-term initiative to reshape how individuals understand and manage health — moving from reactive medicine to preventive intelligence.
OUR APPROACH
Our approach combines:
- Clinical science and systems medicine
- AI-driven insights and metabolic analysis
- Personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies
- Preventive care focused on long-term outcomes
This integrated model allows us to deliver precise, measurable, and sustainable health improvements.
The UsUpton Platform Framework
A Systems-Based Architecture for Modern Preventive Medicine
The UsUpton Platform is built around interconnected health systems. Each pillar represents a core dimension of long-term human resilience, while together they form a unified preventive medicine ecosystem. Built on a systems-based approach to preventive medicine, this framework connects metabolic, immune, neurological, and hormonal pathways into a cohesive model—enabling precise, personalized strategies for long-term health optimization and disease prevention.
A Unified Framework for Human Health

Core Health Systems
The UsUpton Platform integrates six core domains of preventive medicine, forming a unified framework for long-term human resilience, metabolic stability, and sustainable health.
Instead of treating isolated symptoms, we address the root systems that drive your health—unlocking better energy, sustainable weight control, and long-term vitality through a smarter, integrated approach.
The Six Core Health Systems
By integrating data-driven insights, clinical intelligence, and personalized interventions, our system transforms fragmented health signals into a unified strategy—empowering individuals to optimize metabolism, enhance resilience, and achieve long-term, sustainable health outcomes.
- Inflammation & Immune Health
- Metabolic Health
- Brain & Cognitive Health
- Cardiovascular Health
- Hormones & Metabolic Regulation
- Gut & Microbiome
WHY IT MATTERS
Modern healthcare often focuses on symptom management rather than addressing underlying metabolic dysfunction.
By targeting root causes—such as inflammation, insulin resistance, and metabolic imbalance—we create a more effective, long-term pathway to health optimization and disease prevention.

Expert Advisor
In Memory of Ranald Dubner — A Vision Carried Forward
Ranald Dubner was my mentor, teacher, and an important source of inspiration in my life. During his lifetime, he envisioned creating a school dedicated to making medical knowledge more accessible to everyone—not only to medical professionals, but to the wider community.
That vision became one of his lasting wishes. Although he is no longer with us, his commitment to education and to sharing medical knowledge continues to guide this project.
As his student, I feel a deep responsibility to carry his vision forward. This project is my effort to honor his legacy and to help bring the school he dreamed of into existence.
The Mentor’s Teachings:Many people lose their lives due to ignorance. Do not focus solely on your own research; consider also what you can do to prevent people from losing their lives simply because they lack understanding.
